Duty and Shipping
Most international orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details. All APO/FPO addressed packages will ship via USPS.
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes the (name of eTailer/supplier) to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that (name of the eTailer/supplier) may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
Quality and Accuracy testing:
In order for us to offer our hassle free 1 Year Warranty, we conduct quality and accuracy tests to all products prior to shipping. This period is usually 2-4 business days. In doing so, we ensure that you the customer, get functional watches and peace of mind with every purchase.
Tracking Your Package:
You will be notified via your email of what shipping company has been used. Furthermore, the email will also have the parcel tracking details. This allows you to track your order using the link we give you.
Packages sometimes return to us and tagged as “undeliverable.” When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (excluding shipping charges). Unfortunately, we are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
Chronospride is happy to offer a 30-days return on all products.
Exchanges or full-refund for qualified products must be done within 14 days from purchase. You must return the product in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund. It is important to return the product with the original packaging as well as certificates of authenticity. In addition, any product(s) returned without original material and tags will be rejected.

Most orders leave our fulfillment center within 2 to 4 business days. As a result, depending on your location, shipping usually takes 5-8 business days. Although, in most cases, our customers receive their goods within 3-5 business days from the date of order.
