The Seiko 5 SRPJ45K1 is a great, versatile sports watch. It’s a true all-rounder with 100m water resistance, unidirectional bezel and a comfortable 42.5mm case (excluding crown) and a modest 46mm lug to lug distance. This watch has a unique transparent dial, which shows the movement. The glass protecting this amazing dial is made from Hardlex mineral glass.

Under the hood is the mechanical (automatic) Seiko in-house Cal. 4R36 movement, with a day and date indicator at 3 o’clock and features an English and French day indicator. This movement is also visible through the display caseback window.
