The movement is calibre F6B22, with hand-winding, hacking, and about 40 hours of power reserve. The catalogue case back is engraved F6B2-UAG0 and twenty-two jewels. The 0000000 serial on that photo is a sample engraving, not the number on a watch we would send.
The 24-hour subdial is a register on the dial, not a chronograph and not a second time zone you set on its own. This is also not the sun-and-moon Bambino, which uses a day-and-night disc instead of these subdials.
